Shipping Policy

  1. All printable items are sent as non editable PDF's via email to the email address of your choice.
  2. All physical items will be shipped via Australia Post on a standard service. 
  3. If you require your purchase urgently we can organise express shipping at a higher cost. PLEASE INFORM US OF EXPRESS SHIPPING BEFORE PURCHASE.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds available for any printable items unless we have failed to get it to you within our 5 business day time frame. As these are digital files we are very happy to work with you through any technical difficulties. We will also be available to make basic changes if need be.

In the event that an item fails to arrive in time or is damaged upon arrival we will refund the full shipping cost and 25% of the item total. We will require photographic evidence of damage via email within 24hrs of receiving the item. You will be notified when the payment has been refunded.

Upon your request we will give you a quote and you will be required to confirm that you wish to go ahead. A reserved listing will be made and the order will be sent to you within 5 business days of purchase.
Changes to the design (colour, layout) of current listings will cost extra. Personalized text is included in the price listed.
